So what is this BS"D that appears in the left hand corner of many of our notices?
It stands for the Aramaic phrase "besiyata deshmaya" - which means "with the help of Heaven (G-d)". It is a reminder of the core beliefs of our founder, Itzhak Schier, an active member of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement of Chassidic Jews.
It symbolizes his belief that his businesses and business practices reflect the values of the Torah which he holds so dearly, namely that they conform to the highest ethical standards as they provide the utmost in service and benefits for their customers.
Please note that sometimes, for technical reasons, there may be posts from Itzhak Schier which do not bear the BS"D seal. However, if they list user "Itzhak770" as the author, they are indeed authentic.
In addition, please be aware that purchase of BITS is not carried out during the Jewish Sabbath and holidays according to local time in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine where the site is managed. Announcements to that effect are posted during closing hours and prices for BITS are set to zero so as to invalidate sales during this period.
